After being introduced in the action series “Palos” Bangs will soon be seen in ABS-CBN’s upcoming teleserye “Humingi Ka Sa Langit”, where she will be playing as Judy Ann Santos’ half sister and at the same time Derek Ramsey’s love interest.

A Lot of graces comes her way this November, the 21-year-old actress who was runner-up in the “Close-Up to Fame” reality show was also chosen to be the featured cover girl of Maxim Philippines Magazine for November 2008 issue. Valerie says she is more than ready for this new kind of challenge. However, it doesn’t mean she’s dropping her wholesome image. She says that she wants to be sexy but sweet.
