Zorro, the New Top-rater Show in GMA Telebabad

Who can forget Zorro, the timeless hero of modern times who captured courage and bravery making everyone inspired to fight for what they believe in? That’s why GMA brings you the newest primetime show currently airing in GMA Telebabad, Zorro. The first -ever Filipino version of the timeless tale.

Powered by the tandem of directors Mark Reyes and Dominic Zapata, this show will surely bring us back to 1900’s, an era where the actual story happened. This story is based on the novel of Johnston McCulley entitled, The Curse of Capistrano, a story where Zorro is first introduced. The role of Zorro will be portrayed by the Primetime King, Richard Guttierez who is Antonio, the original Zorro’s nephew.

Richard underwent rigid trainings with his co-stars. He went through horseback riding lessons and fencing under Benny Garcia, the coach of the Philippine Fencing team. This world-class show was shot in a Spanish-inspired location found in Bagac, Bataan, a place that will surely bring us back to Hispanic times. Zorro has no doubt a topnotch production with a creative team that you will not criticize. Rodell Cruz was behind the production designs while the costumes are made by Bill Gustillo. Of course, to complete the Spanish era experience, certain effects were provided by Riot, Inc.
